Carroll-Net Receives Notice of Allowance for Us Patent “Offsite
Computer File Backup System Providing Rapid Recovery”

Inc. today announced the United States Patent and Trademark
Office (USPTO) has issued a Notice of Allowance for
Carroll-Net’s Patent Application No. 11/803,954 entitled
“Offsite Computer File Backup System Providing Rapid Recovery
and Method thereof”. The USPTO approved the claims related to
Carroll-Net’s method of performing three way backup – Backup
Onsite, Backup Offsite and Backup to Archive and classifies
these claims as novel and non-obvious.
